I love potatoes in every which way they can be prepared, and baked potatoes are no exception. I serve them as a side dish when we have guests, but sometimes when I’m home alone, I’ll eat them as my main dish, since potatoes are quite filling anyway. Whichever way you prefer to have your potatoes, you will love these ones, I promise.
- Wash and scrub large potatoes very clean.
- With a few drops of oil, rub the skin of the potato. Sprinkle with salt.
- Place on a pan and put into the oven until they are soft to the touch. Bake in a slow oven.
