There are a variety of ways to prepare salmon and this balsamic glazed salmon is my family’s favorite salmon recipe. It is absolutely delicious and it’s perfect for when you have guests over. It is also easy to make.
Balsamic Glazed Salmon Fillets
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat, add the garlic and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared sheet pan; brush them with the glaze and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush the fillets with the remaining glaze and serve.
