I have had this recipe for so long, I don’t even remember where I got it from! This is one of the ways I like to have my chicken. The spices blend well and create rich tasty flavors. If you don’t like foods that are too spicy, you can reduce the spice quantities to suit you.
- Chop the onion and heat the oil in a pan. Fry the onions, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves in oil.
- Add chopped tomatoes and the rest of the spices.
- Add the chicken and cook until oil surfaces.
- Lastly, add cream and enough water for a gravy.
