Coconut sauce is a great (and healthier) alternative to soy sauce. It is versatile and can be used in a lot of dishes like sticky rice, stir-fries, and any dish where you would use soy sauce. These days I rarely use soy sauce when I cook, I mostly use coconut sauce instead. If you’re looking for a healthy alternative to soy sauce, give this coconut sauce a try.
- Heat the milk and coconut.
- Blend together the flour, sugar, and salt. Pour slowly into the milk, stirring fast all the time. Chill.
- Serve over a cabbage salad or grated carrot salad.
