This egg relish is pretty versatile and can be eaten for breakfast or as a side dish for lunch or dinner. Some people find it strange that I sometimes have it for dinner but I simply can’t be bothered as I enjoy it so much. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who thinks it’s suitable for dinner. - Fry the onions in the oil.
- Break the eggs into the onions. Cook until hard, stirring.
- Add the flour. Blend.
- Add the milk. Cook until thick.
- Season with salt. Curry can be added.
