  1. Melt the butter.
  2. Flake the fish, remove the bones and skin. Add the fish to the butter.
  3. Add the rice, seasoning, and beaten egg.
  4. Heat well and add a little milk if necessary.
  5. Serve on a hot dish and garnish with sieved yolk (the white chopped up) and parsley.
