This kedgeree recipe is very easy to make. It is packed-full with flavor. It is great for those who are on a piscetarian diet and those who only eat white meat.
- Melt the butter.
- Flake the fish, remove the bones and skin. Add the fish to the butter.
- Add the rice, seasoning, and beaten egg.
- Heat well and add a little milk if necessary.
- Serve on a hot dish and garnish with sieved yolk (the white chopped up) and parsley.
