This is a delicious sauce that even picky eaters will love. I’ll even go as far as saying it is worth the tears from the onion! It can be used in a wide variety of foods like meats, potatoes, etc. It is quite easy to make, even for beginners.
- Pour the oil into a frying pan and sear the onion.
- Add the flour and brown.
- Add the water and salt. Boil until thick.
- Serve over a nut loaf or oat and nut patty or over baked potatoes.
